The 2021 NJSIAA/Rothman Orthopaedics Wrestling Championships were unique in many ways.
There were only 16 wrestlers in each weight class instead of 32 – and those advanced from four SuperRegions, where the athletes were picked by committee instead of eight regions populated by 32 district tournaments.
