49, passed away on July 18, 2022, at Providence Portland Medical Center in Portland, Oregon.
Born May 26, 1973, in Providence, Rhode Island, he was the beloved son of the late Virginia M. (Curly) Vincent and Robert West, father to Tatum, William, and Landen, and brother to Denise M. Vincent, John A. Vincent, Robert S. Vincent, and the late James R. Vincent and Wesley J. Vincent. He was also an uncle to many loving nieces and nephews.
Billy graduated from Mount Pleasant High School in Providence, Rhode Island, in 1991, where he was a member of the baseball, wrestling, and cross-country teams. He served in the United States Navy during the Persian Gulf War and later graduated from New England Tech.
On July 26, 2022, Billy received military honors at a small ceremony surrounded by family and friends at Willamette National Cemetery, a veterans cemetery in Portland, Oregon.
